III. Application: The product is used in industries including paper- making, pesticide, organic synthesis, metal smelting, chemical industry as well as domestic water sterilization.
IV. Packaging: The product is packaged with train tankers, automobile tankers and steel cylinders. The net weight of each steel cylinder is 500kg or 1000kg. Tankers and steel cylinders should be marked with conspicuous words such as “Liquid Chlorine” and “Virulent.”.
V. Storage and transportation: The transportation vehicle must be provided with the marking, “Hazardous Articles.”. Transportation and storage of liquid chlorine should be in accordance with safety regulations for chlorine and concrete provisions of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Railways and the Ministry Transportation of hazardous articles.
