I. Product property:
Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer paste resin is produced by advanced micro-suspension copolymerization technology. Vinyl acetate is introduced in the rigid chain of PVC molecules, so polarity among PVC molecules is weakened and attraction force is decreased; compared with PVC paste resin of the same molecular weight, the product has decreased gelatination temperature and fusion temperature (30-40℃). Additionally, introduction of ester group increases the dissolution rate of resin and plasticizer and enhances the binding of resin with various bonding base materials.

III. Application:
As the important material for reducing processing temperature, increasing plasticizing speed and improving product property, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer paste resin is widely applied in industries involving automobile PVC plastisol (including chassis anti-stone-bumping coating, body seam sealant, spot welding sealant, filter element sealant and buffer sealant), carpet backing PVC bonding agent, printing ink, thermal sensitive fabric coating, slush-molding shoe heel, paulin and chemical foaming product and could replace the same kind of foreign products.
IV. Packaging:
The product is packaged with a paper bag (internally lined with plastic woven net) with cuff. The net weight of each bag is 20kg and designated color of the bag is purple.
V. Storage and transportation:
Protect it from rain, snow, moisture, insulation, bag throwing and other mechanical damage.
