I. Product property:
Physical property: Polyether is a viscous liquid; according to different designations, polyether viscosity varies greatly; polyether color is different according to designations. Polyether for soft PU foams is clear and transparent at best and its APHA is less than 50. The color of polyether for hard PU foam is generally dark and deep yellow.
The density of polyether is generally 1.01-1.02g/cm3; the flash point of polyether for soft PU foams and elastomer polyether is high and generally 238℃-254℃; the flash point of polyether for hard PU foams is generally 186℃~220℃.
Chemical property: the end group of polyether is hydroxy group, so polyether has some characteristics of alcohols, but the most important property of polyether is to generate polymer polyurethane with isocyanate.

III. Application:
3031G: used to produce common flexible PU foams as well as flexible PU foam chunks and molding products.
4110/1050: used to produce hard PU foam products and for thermal insulation of pipelines, water heaters and walls. The product has good thermal insulation effects and can be used to produce filling materials for garage doors and trailer coaches. Additionally, the product has small filling density and large compression strength and can be used to produce wood imitation furniture and decorative materials.
1020/2020/3020/3030: used to produce elastomer polyurethane.
330N: used to produce high-resilient soft polyurethane foams.
IV. Packaging: The container adopts a clean and dried special galvanized iron drum. The packaging drum cover is sealed and the packaging drum is capped externally. The net weight of each drum is (200±0.2) kg. Additionally, stainless steel automobile tankers and train tankers can be adopted. Each batch of well-packaged finished products should be provided with a quality acceptance certificate.
V. Storage and transportation: Polyether polyol is a non-hazardous article and does not burned easily. It should prevent rain and other contamination during transportation. The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse at room temperature.
